King’s Norton Mint is a private mint that worked for the British Empire and many other countries through is multi-century history. When they produced an excellent example of a coin, they would set it aside for their own collection. This 1991 Sri Lanka five cent coin is one such piece. Professional Coin Grading Service has certified this coin at a grade of Specimen 67. This is the single finest example of the coin in the world. NGC has not graded any coins comparable.
