This is an excellent example of silver shipwreck treasure. Made in Mexico, 1702, while Mexico was a colony of the Spanish Empire. King Philip V ordered this 4 Reales struck. Considered a variety Calico Type-139, weighing in at 11.33g silver. PCGS has only certified this single piece for the type. PCGS Population 1/0.
