The famous Roman She-wolf coin. This is a lovely, certified, affordable example of a relatively rare and significant coin. The legend of the founding of Rome is depicted on the reverse (shown reverse facing front in this NGC slab). Constantinian had a short reign of just a decade as the Roman Empire fell apart around him, and this was perhaps his effort to pay tribute to the once-great and expansive Roman Empire.
As these are made from billon (or low-quality metal), they are not often found in high grades. Often, they exhibit considerable wear and environmental damage. This example is excellent for the price, with just the most important details clear on the obverse.
Certified authentic but not graded by NGC.
